Kia ora

Please keep an eye out for an important notice from your child on Friday.  Our two junior classes are going to Tūhura Otago Museum to conclude their inquiry on space.

We will be needing some parent helpers to assist with supervision.  There is limited space on the bus so parents might chose to travel in their 'quiet' cars.

This notice needs to be completed and returned to school by Friday 30th October.

Thank you.

Swimming:

In Week 4 we have swimming!

Please note our time for swimming has changed, we will swim from 11:50 to 12:50 and require some parental supervision to help with ratios.

We will be transporting (busing) all students to and from the pool.

All parents please click to complete the form.

Kia ora whānau,

Just a quick note to let you know that tomorrow (Wednesday 23rd September) all of our students will be leaving the school grounds to attend a Duffy Role Model Assembly at Kaitangata School.

We will be travelling by bus and will leave Stirling School at approximately 9.15am, returning to school after the assembly. Students will be supervised by Stirling School staff throughout the trip.

We are looking forward to hearing from Linda Vagana, who grew up in Auckland and went on to become one of Aotearoa’s most respected netball defenders. She will be sharing her story with the students as part of the Duffy Role Model programme.

Please make sure children arrive at school on time so we are ready to leave promptly.

Thanks so much,

Staff at Stirling School
